Privacy policy

What we collect

When you place an order we receive your name, email address and shipping address so we can send you your piece. If you send a custom inquiry, we keep what you wrote so we can answer it.

Payment information

Card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy is atstripe.com/privacy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see how the store is used. Google processes that data for us as our service provider. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on attools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

If you arrive from another site, or from a link with utm_ tags, we note where you came from: the site, not the full page address. We keep that only for your browsing session. If you place an order, it's saved with the order record.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run the store: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, Google for analytics, and our email provider for order emails. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Data retention and backups

We keep security backups of store information for 84 days so we can recover from an accidental loss or technical failure. The backup copy we keep outside our hosting provider is encrypted.

Your choices

Email us at[email protected]to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We keep order records as long as US tax law requires.
