Processing time
In-stock pieces ship within 2 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 1–3 weeks depending on the design; we confirm the timeline before any payment is taken.
Rates and carriers
United States: $4.99 flat, USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, typically 2–5 business days. Orders of $100 or more ship free. Every package is tracked, and the tracking number is emailed when the label is created.
Local Miami delivery
If you're in the Miami area you can choose local pickup or hand delivery at no charge. We'll email you to arrange a time.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, contact us within 7 days and we'll help open a claim with the carrier. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair or replace it.
