If a piece isn't right, email us within 21 days of delivery. You pay return shipping, and you still get the item price back. If we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged or defective, we pay the return shipping with a prepaid label. Items must come back unworn and in their original packaging. Original shipping is not refunded. From day 22 through day 30 after delivery, returns are still accepted on the same conditions, as store credit for the item price rather than a refund. After day 30, sales are final.
